INTERESTING FACTS 

  • You can use your Mobile App to open an account for a customer. They however will need to go to the branch to complete their KYC to fully operate. 
  • By ticking the Remember Me button you do not always have to enter your Login ID (Username)
  • You can block your misplaced card without calling the Contact Centre or sending a mail or visiting any of our branches on the App
  • The Mobile App has a limit per transaction of GHS 20,000 and daily transaction Limit of GHS 50,000 which can be increased by sending a request to the bank. 
  • You can make use of the Beneficiary Management feature to save the details (account numbers and phone numbers) of your loved ones you frequently transact with.
  • You can transfer Money to Any Mobile Money number or bank account when you use the Transfers > To other Banks > Instant
  • You’ll need a PIN to be able to transact. Ensure you get a PIN at branch after registering or call the Contact Centre on 0800004400 to assist.
  • The Account Linkage enables customers to easily move funds from their wallet to Account and Account to wallet, hence should be accompanied with registration on the Mobile App.
How To Onboard on Mobile App

  • Download the App on either App Store or Google PlayStore
  • At the bottom right corner of the App login screen, change the country flag from Nigeria to Ghana.
  • Select Register
  • Accept terms & condition
  • Enter valid Access Bank account number
  • Enter the authentication code received via SMS
  • Create a Login ID (Username) and a Password
  • Enter your phone number
  • Enter a Referral code
  • Select your preferred secret question and answer
  • Click on submit to complete the registration.
